  The rooms large, most comfortable beds, high quality sheets. The bathroom was large, loved the shower.

  Did not like having to go to the casnio for all meals, that the hotel itself didn't have a resturant. I had looked forward to dinner in a good resturant before the casnio show and having to go to the buffet- felt more like a cafeteria then a resturant. The food was bland. Breakfast was okay.

  Whoever is the hr Manager, to recruiting the staff definitely should have a Kudos as this was what hit me the most from each and every staff member from hotel, casino, front desk, customer service counter, greeters, bell hop etc. I don't like to forget anyone as its been the greatest hotel I have ever stayed. The Maritime hospitality stands out and I would be proud to recommend anyone to stay here. My sister from Alberta also feels the same as I do. Thank you all very much!!!!

  Has a NicePool Area ...can Walk to And from Casino in relative Safety... Plenty of Parking Space .... Great 4 Star Food in Bar Restaurant... Very friendly weit Staff at breakfast Buffet....Food there so so.

  Too much Loud banging Noise early in the Morning on Monday..... Housekeeping Staff too Loud...Next door.....also Handicapped Parking in Front of Hotel was taken up by Cars without Stickers for this.... When I mentioned this they Said they would get security onto this but I never saw that happen....

  Very nice clean room with lovely bathroom. We had a problem with the vanity light and after calling staff they were there in a flash and fixed it on the spot. We did have trouble with the coffee machine but I think that was more to do with our technical inabilities. Breakfast was included with the price of the room and therefore we concluded that it would be dry toast and orange juice but it was a lovely full scale buffet with anything one could ever want...and lots of it. We were celebrating our 44th anniversary so we*ve been in a few hotels over the years and this proved to be one of the best experiences that we had. Another good point was that we could go to the Casino without having to drive or go outside so felt free to have a few celebratory drinks without fear of breaking the law. We would definitely return.

  Can*t really say there were any negatives!!!

  I like everything,we didn't have time to do much for one night but we enjoyed every minute of it.

  I like the fact that if you want to do something in the night you don't have to leave the building.

  The room and bathroom was excellant. Very comfortable beds and nice TVs

  The hotel was was fine but I must say that the buffet was not good! The food was cold and dry in some instances....ie. mussels in lime and taragon,, tasty but cold, too long in the serving pan without heat, chicken, dry and just warm, yuck,,, no apparent management for buffet, Breakfast was horrible, again no management present, coffee like weak tea, Breakfast from 7 to 10,,, we came at nine am and hardly any food left, scrambled eggs cold, french toast dry and cold, no bread for toast, just heels left in a pile of empty bread bags at toast station. Apparent there was no one managing the situation. This is not a complaint,,,I am telling you what they have to fix.

  I loved the fact that it was central to everything!! The entertainment was great and loved the fact that you didn't have to leave the hotel if you didn't want to, and still have a great time. The room was clean and the bed was to die for!

  I didn't like the fact that there was no reserved parking for the hotel guests, if you are going on a weekend make sure you are back early so you can get a parking space or you may end up having to park on the road.

  Great rooms, Staff at the front desk very friendly. Nice pool,and fitness room.

  Sunday buffet,not a smile form our waitress.asked for water,I had to get up and get it myself,after 3 times,one of the other waitress had to come and help us to get more coffee,and clean the tables.(only one bad apple)

  First and most importantly the beds are amazing ! the hotel itself is gorgeous, theres something beautiful around every corner...not to mention the casino a hop skip away ! Staff is very freindly... Not a single one passed without a smile and a hello... I love that.

  The hotel recently opened. On arrival we were told that they no longer had a room with a king bed as we had booked and had confirmed. We spoke to the manager who told us that the hotel was full and that we would be given a room with two double beds. I showed her the reservation confirming a deluxe king room. After some time we were accomodated. This was a complete turn off for me.

  Noisy, in the early morning. You could hear everything going on in the hallways.

  The room was nice,clean and comfortable.It was quiet and we were not disturbed during the stay.

  We feel that getting a breakfast was an issue as we are early risers and it seemed that if you didn't pay for continental breakfast,you were pretty much out of luck!

  It was close to our exit. Also the casino was just next door(not good as I didn't win anything) but still enjoyed our stay.

  I LOVED the bed! It was most comfortable sleep I've had in a long time. I felt the rooms were quite large and the shower was huge! I am looking forward to coming again! :)

  I found the price to be high. I actually found a cheaper price on line, as to booking directly with the hotel?
